Requests, Art Trades, And Commissions: Rules And Conditions

Requests And Art Trades

*Requests and art trades are FREE. I don't beleive drawings should be sold, especially since I'm not the best drawer out there. I like to challenge my skills and hopefuly learn something new, so I'll do my best at drawing your petition. :) Please read the rules below to see what I accept.

**Please have an idea of what you want before asking for trades/requests.

~RULES~

*First check out my gallery so you know what to expect.

:bulletred: Requesting Art:

- Send me a note telling me what you would like. The more details you give me about it, the better. Also, tell me what medium you would like me to color your picture in. Sorry, no watercolors yet, but I can do something that looks like it in Photo Shop.

WARNING: Don't leave it as a comment for this journal or I may not see it.

- If it is an original character, it is always better if I could have the link to some kind of reference. The more references you give, the better the art may come out.

:iconstarplz: What do I accept:

-I will NOT draw hentai/ porn!

-Yuri/yaoi/nude characters are ok as long as there are no extremely explicit contents (By this, I mean reproductive parts, and such).

-PLEASE no Sonic characters or original Sonic OC's! I may draw furries depending on the style.

-Pretty much anything else.

-I also make animated avatars and DA IDs if you want one.

:bulletred: Receiving Your Request:

- I will send you a note when I am done with your request.

- I will post the art in my gallery under the category "Art Trades, Etc." They will have a watermark, but I'll send you the one without the watermark for you to download and keep. If you would like to post the art in your gallery, please credit me . Otherwise I may report it as stolen!

- Please comment on the drawing. I would love to hear your opinion about it!

NOTE: If for some reason you don't like it, don't just say it sucks or stuff without giving an explanation and tell me how I could improve it. In that case, if I'm motivated, I'll fix the picture or draw a better one.

Sorry, only 5 requests/ art trades per month. I have other things to do too.

AND NO PRESSURE PLEASE! Keep in mind that I work on things in order of priority! If your request is taking a bit long it may be because I have commissions or other important things to do (ie: schoolwork).

Commissions

*Please read the following instructions CEARFULLY before commissioning me. Check out my gallery so you know what to expect. :)

** At the moment payment is available through Pay Pal only (if you don't already have an account, you can create one for free at [link] ). Sorry! Please scroll down for payment instructions.

:bulletred: Placing a commission:

- Send me a note telling me what you would like.

*Please have a CLEAR idea of what you want before asking for a commission. Keep in mind that I am an artist, not a mass- producing factory. XD Every piece I make is one- of- a- kind. I cannot reproduce something exactly. It would help if you gave me lots of details of what you want. A sketch or a refferal to something I have made before would be helpful too.

WARNING: Don't leave it as a comment for this journal or I may not see it. Noting me guaranties that I will receive your message. If for some reason I know that I will take a while shipping your commission (ie: I have to travel and can't ship the item or other similar reasons), I will note you and let you know of the situation. If you need the item by a definite date, include that information in the note when you commission me and I'll try to do everything in my power to get the item to you on time. Items that have a deadline (need to be received by a certain date) have priority over those who don't.

:iconstarplz: I will NOT sell:

- Hentai/ porn related items. I will not accept it!

- I don't beleive drawings should be sold (unless you want something printed on a t-shirt or tote bag). You can request a drawing for FREE. Scroll up to the top of the page for guidelines on requesting art.

:bulletred: Paying for your commission

- Payment is due before I can start on your commission. This way I am sure that you will not abandon the item later (will not buy it when it is done)

*I DO NOT make refunds! If you buy it, you keep it, like it or not.

- Sorry, payment is only available through Pay Pal. My Pay Pal e-mail address is tinalevy@yahoo.com . Please do not e-mail me to this address. Messages that I receive from people I don't know will be deleted. I would like to have everything done through DA and/ or my Etsy shop.

* Shipping rates*

Shipping costs vary depending on size and weight of package. I will let you know what shipping will cost you when you place your commission.

- Indicate your shipping address in a note when you place your commission.

- I will send you a note when I have received your payment and have started working on your commission. Allow time for your piece to be made depending on what it is.

- I will send you a note when I have shipped your item letting you know when to expect it. :) I will not ship items until I've received money in my PayPal account.

Like something that I have already made and want to buy it? Most of my items will be on sale in my Etsy shop "Vanilla & Licorice" [link] . You can check there to see what is available or you can contact me via note.
